Shipping policy

Our products are made to order and may take up to a week to process. You may contact us by email Newbernscents@gmail.com if you are in need of a rush. If at all possible we'll move it along for you. We ship Monday-Friday from New Bern, North Carolina. USPS priority is our primary shipper. We ship UPS for larger packages only. Priority shipping is usually 2-5 days in the continental US.
